FAQ’S

How long does therapy last?

Therapy can be anywhere from a couple sessions to over a year. The length of time is dependent on your journey and what you desire. I believe our therapeutic needs vary throughout life, and I will work to help you towards your therapeutic goals.

How do I know if you’re a good fit for me?

The short answer is if you sense I understand your situation, have compassion towards you, and can help you! I don’t think you can decide those things until after we have met at least one session. I offer a free 30-minute consultation for this very reason. I enjoy hearing what you have found helpful or unhelpful with any previous therapy, and I welcome any questions you may have.

*According to the "Good Faith Estimate" providers are required to provide, I can estimate the price of weekly sessions for a year for each client. However, I recognize every client's therapy journey is unique, and how long you engage in therapy and attend sessions will be influenced by many factors, including: your schedule, your life circumstances, ongoing life challenges, the nature of your specific challenges and how you address them, and therapist avalibility.
